For example, it’s not uncommon for the best nurse on a floor to become a nurse manager, and continue being promoted until they are ultimately responsible for the entire hospital’s patient care services. Sometimes the skills required to excel in technical areas, transfer into leadership roles. Other times, however, there is a gap between being proficient in one’s technical field and being an outstanding leader. This webinar series provides a way for both new and seasoned leaders to learn the critical skills necessary to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and leadership savvy.
